Bespoke System Development

To address this, Intradata work closely with our customers to define Through Life Support services which ensure that initial project investment is backed up by effective and long term support.
Our support services address key issues such as retention of capability and systems expertise, service levels and response times (including 24*7 availability where required), and long term maintenance & upgrades, while also balancing against ongoing cost and risk.
We have a strong record of success in this critical area, providing support for most systems developed by Intradata, as well as for some systems developed internally by customers. Our commitment to systems support is an important aspect of our customer relationships, with some key relationships having been in place for more than a decade.
